We are proud to announce that Cat’s Corner is now offering Wellness Plans for our patients! Our convenient wellness plans allow you to provide your cat’s annual preventive care at a 10% discount!
Our wellness plans include:
- Wellness Exams
- Tailored vaccinations
- Heartworm, Feline Leukemia & FIV test
- Intestinal parasite test
- Dewormer
- Pre-anesthetic blood panel
- Spay/Neuter (kitten)
- Routine *Dental Procedure: scaling, polishing & fluoride treatment; full mouth digital X-rays, hospital medications(*excludes extractions/oral surgery and the associated costs including local nerve block, additional anesthesia time, pain medications and additional antibiotics to be sent home)
- Wellness blood and urine profile
- One Year(12 months) of heartworm and intestinal & external parasite prevention/control
- 10% off *non-plan services & medications for the entire year of the active plan (*excluding ultrasounds and specialist services, prescription diets, and retail items)
Two easy ways to pay:
- Pay in full, and enjoy no payments for your cat’s wellness care visits for the year
- or, you can opt to make an initial $200 investment, and then pay monthly with an affordable automatic payment (interest free!)
NOTE: This is a wellness plan and NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. Most insurance policies cover illness. CCVH’s Annual Wellness Plan does not include any non-preventative procedures including illness exams (with the excepted noted above), additional lab work, treatments, etc. Our Wellness Plan is to complement a major medical policy that you may have for your pet or may be interested in obtaining for your pet.
